The crew bent new fuel lines front to rear, as well as new brake lines. Rebuilt steering components include the center link, idler arm, inner and outer tie rods, and a new steering box.

A pair of Scat Pro Car bucket seats were chosen for increased support, adjustability, and for the fact that the pattern looks similar to what originally was available in 1965. The crew made custom brackets to mount the seats to the floor using the scat seat tracks.

The rear window had leaked in this car, and the victim was the Chevelle’s trunk floor. A 3-piece trunk floor set was ordered from OPGI to replace the thin and rusty original floor.
