Once the rockers were in place, the crew worked the new floor into place and welded it up.

The body was lifted off the jig to gain access to the weld points.

I think there may have been cheese and rice in the interior in some places. At least it smelled like it!

After the cabin floor was welded in place, the crew moved to the trunk floor area. There were some repairs to make to the attachment points before the new one piece trunk floor could be installed.







It was determined that the passenger side inner panel would be faster to replace than repair.

The wheel tubs were patched and repaired in several areas, and new lower trunk extensions were installed.



We obtained a new passenger-side trunk panel from Classic Industries, and trimmed it to fit our application.
