The drip-rails are then clamped in place for welding.



Adam uses the HTP MIG 200 welder to weld the “A” pillar seam, and then the HTP Quick Spot 2 resistance spot welder to weld the seams around the windows.

The Quick Spot 2 is again used to weld the trunk weatherstrip channels. This technique was also used to weld the drip rail channels of the roof skin.



The quarter seam is then TIG welded solid, and dressed with body solder.







The “A” pillar seams are also dressed with body solder.







Finally, new window trim studs are welded in place.
