The 70-74 Challenger and Cuda have emerged as two of the most popular body styles ever produced by Chrysler. Thats substantiated by the new retro look Challenger, with the possibility of a retro Cuda in the future. Just Dashes has been restoring the interiors of these collectibles for over two decades, and we followed along as they removed, restored and replaced the pad in a 70 Challenger R/T.

This is part 9 in a multi-part series covering the custom 422 cubic-inch stroker engine build performed by master engine builder Bill Trovato at BTR Performance for our turbocharged 1971 Olds project called the "S71". In this chapter, Trovato takes us through the process of installing the MSD Pro-Billet distributor that has been modified by FAST to work with the FAST XFI fuel injection system. Although this video series features and Olds engine, the valuable, race-proven techniques shown by Trovato apply to any performance engine build.

The 1969 Firebirds have a lot of pieces that comprise the nose, and in this video, we go through the process of making them all fit on our '69 'Bird called "Routy". We mocked up the bumper using the original parts, then threw them all away in favor of a new bumper, headlight bezels, rubber fillers, and brackets from Classic Industries . Then we modified the reproduction 1969 Trans Am hood to accommodate the Ram Air Pans and scoop inserts. Finally, the car was bodyworked with 3M body fillers and Standox sprayable polyester. A lot happens here, you might want to watch it a couple times!

Our 1965 Chevelle is designed to be a comfortable driver, so we're installing a load of things to make it a nice driver. In this video, we're installing a new floor shifter from OPGI into the original GM console we scored on eBay, followed by some slick Stewart Warner Performance Green Line gauges in a custom housing. Then it's a new Ididit tilt steering column, followed by a Detroit Speed power steering line set. Then a Detroit Speed delay wiper kit goes in, followed by a new OPGI Dash gauge surround and reproduction factory style tachometer. Then, we added some Hushmat sound and heat shielding to keep the noise down, and installed a Vintage Air A/C system to keep it cool in the car.

The benefits of Royal Purple high performance synthetic engine oil are well known, mostly decreased friction resulting in increased power and less wear and heat. Recently, they've been touting increased oil change intervals thanks to the oil's ability to resist breakdown. However, they realized normal oil filters are not up to the task of an extended oil change interval. We cracked one open and compared it to a regular filter to see the differences for ourselves.
