SEMA 2007 - Prodigy Customs "Empty Nest"
Prodigy Customs built this 1969 Pontiac Trans Am "Tribute" car not only for the SEMA show, but also to drive!   And technically being owned by Prodigy's Lisa Serafine, you can bet this car will see some serious street time.    Detials include an all aluminum Butler built Pontiac, custom styling and interior, one-off Forgeline wheels, the first Speedtech subframe, huge Wilwood brakes, and about a million other custom tricks.   This car was another of our "SEMA Thrashers " interviews in our V8TVshow.com forum.    There you'll find the pictures of how bad and rusty the original car was... it's amazing to see how it has transformed.  The Prodigy Customs family did it again.

SEMA 2007 - Eckert's "Corpala"
We're seeing alot of cars that mate new technology to original body styles in an attempt to create a car that looks to be from a different era but drives like it's brand new.    The example in this video - the "Corpala" built by Eckert's Rod And Custom, mates a 1963 Chevy Impala to a new Corvette Z06 driveline and frame system.    The car is not just a show car, it's built to drive, and the chassis - called the Torque 3G Chassis - will be available for purchase for your next project.

SEMA 2007 - Magden OBDII Multi Display
Magden Technologies has introduced a very cool tool to keep tabs on your OBDII-equipped ride - it's a computer that sends 5 of 17 channels of data to a video or touch screen so you can see what's happening to your engine in real time.    But what's more, you can select different layouts, channels, and skins to match your car's design.   And it's expandible.   Check out the video for all the details!

SEMA 2007 OPGI Interview

Original Parts Group, Inc. (OPGI) is a tremendous source for GM "A" and "G" body restoration and performance parts.   Without their catalog, we'd never have finished the SS496 Chevelle!   OPGI not only retails parts, but they also manufacture thousands of the parts they sell.   Tony Genty took us through the OPGI booth at SEMA 2007 and showed us the new '64 and '65 Chevelle auto floor shifters, some new GTO headlight bezels, and much more.

John Parsons is a guy who is a true enthusiast... after becoming interested in Pro-Touring style musclecars, he set out to build his ultimate dream - a radically modified 1967 Chevy II called "II MUCH".    John didn't let his lack of fabrication skills hold him back... in fact, he calls this car "an excuse to learn how to weld!"    It seems he achieved his goal, as this car boasts a one-off suspension system, late model GEN IV GM power, a ton of road-race tricks, and a package you could drive every day.
