Anyone have any information on this car? Any news? Details on what specifically is being built on it?

Does anyone know if you can buy rims like the rendering for this car?

I'd like to buy some rims like the ones in this picture. If anyone knows where you can get them, please let me know. Thanks.

I'd like 20" in the rear and 18's in the front.
