Hello!

Welcome to the V8TVshow.com forum.    The goal here was to have a place where V8TV viewers and performance car enthusiasts could hang out and get info, swap stories, plan events, scheme to take over the world... whatever.     So step up, say "Hello!", post a pic of your ride, and join in.    See you on the boards!

Hey Mark,

Welcome aboard.   There is lots of Pontiac action at V8TV, with our project "Splitter" and "Empty Nest" that the Prodigy crew are building for starters.

I'll call David Butler and see if he'll build you a free motor.    Can't hurt to ask, right?   Wink

Hello from Northern Il.  This is a great web site and have been checking it out for some time.  Your how to videos are pretty awesome and more like working in my own garage. I currently have a 81 Z28 and a 81 Corvette. Too bad it's that time of year again to put the toys away.

Hey JJ -

I recall the northern Illinois winters well.    It sucks to have to put your toys away.  Got heat in the garage?   I recommend a radiant heater... they're nice and quiet!

Welcome to the board!

hi, just saw your blogs yesterday and found them very entertaining and informative, especially liked your paint job price rants, having owned a resto shop for years this is one of my pet peeves, i would love to have one of the car mags that convince there readers that the 1000.00 paint job exists, maybe in shangralai, let the mags keep track of the hours spent and maybe if they are use to making about 25 cents an hour they can paint their car for that although a 67 chevelle i just painted orginal red cost me 3500.00 for body and paint materials, anyways keep up the great work

I have been working a lot and haven't been able to send a note back.  Thanks for the info on sending David Butler a note to build me a big Pontiac motor.  I appreciate it greatly even if it won't happen.  I love the posts and info.  Keep up the good work! P.S. could you get one that has about 500 to 600 horsepower for my 67 firebird?  just kidding.

Hey Great V8!

Welcome to the boards - don't worry, our English isn't so great either.    Got any pics of your 1960 Impala?

hello, i'm new to the forum.  I have a 70 gto that i am restoring.  it is in rough shape so i am doing a frame off restore on it. I have it all apart and have sandblasted the frame, and the engine is at the machine shop now.  I have never done body work before now so i hope i can get some good advice when needed. i have been looking around the v8tv site and it seems like it is full of information.  I would like to know if there are any GTO or pontiac clubs in the Daytona Fl area?
