Welcome! I'm assuming you have an IROC? There's one for sale down the road from us.. I always liked those cars.

Hey Kevin, Actually I ended up owning 2 of them! Both 5.7 T top cars. One was stolen and I just got her back, she's pretty rough. I owned that one since 93. I bought a replacement in 08, She was a stripped down autocross car and I'm restoring her for street duty. I work on a little smaller budget than you guys so it'll take a bit of time to get her done. Right now I'm outfitting my new garage to work on my toys. The thing I love about these cars is the handling. The TPI also looks soooo sweet under the hood! If I can figure it out I'll send a pic. Thank for the reply, yours is the best car show on the tube. I've missed it since dsih dropped the MOR channel but now I can follow you guys online! Thanks again!

Hey thanks for the kind words! Those 3rd gen Camaros are great deals and very cool cars. We always like to hear / see cool garage projects... what's the plan for yours?

Plans for mine is a stock 80's look and try to get as much power out of my L98 as possible. She runs good now but one of my Chevy mags had a build up that looked stock but was a 450 horse 383 stroker. I think that would be enough for the street. If I could find a T5 donor car I would like to go with a manual also. I've been working on her for almost 2 years and havn't logged a single legal mile on the street!

Welcome to the site. I remember when the IROC Camaros first came out. Cool cars I must say. Good luck with the build.
