| The Y-Gen 3rd-Gen Trans Am |

16 year old kids are in a tough spot these days. We're not talking about the pressures of daily life and all that B.S.; we're refering to the fact that the kids who are into cool cars usually don't have the cash or the ability to get their mitts on a cool ride. Add to that un-sympathetic parents, and you've got millions of high schoolers rollin' beat up civics or other cheap junk. Dale Schwartz has a leg up, however, with his new project they're calling the Y-Gen 3rd-Gen. It's a Trans Am that's a full 7 years older than Dale, but he was able to build a car he wanted the way he wanted.
Here's what happens when you grow up around road race cars - you build a corner-carver for your first ride. Dale Schwartz' 1982 Pontiac Trans Am is anything but typical. Mixing V-8 musclecar performance, Pro-Touring brakes, suspension, wheels, and tires, and tuner-inspired looks, it's a fresh take on an often overlooked platform.
