Once we got the chassis built, we took some time to detail up the L92 6.2 liter V8 going in the car.    Here's what we did, along with a closer look at the Variable Valve Timing system.

Once we realized the smaller alternator would clear the hood, we no longer needed the spacers. It was much simpler just to use the smaller alternator, and it's all GM bracketry... much better than ours!
