Jon, that concept is very cool. It's wild that they put actual aluminum slots on a concept car, but it's a home run!

Next up on my list is an early 70s Cadillac 4-door hardtop DeVille.

These cars have all kinds of luxury and style, and the pillarless 4-door allows everyone to enjoy the great outdoors while gliding down the highway.

472 cube V8s provided tons of power, I'd probably upgrade to a Hydroboost brake system and add an overdrive, then re-gear the rear to add a little snap without killing cruising velocity RPM. A self-tuning throttle body EFI system would make it reliable.

Dig the blue!

The black '72 is sharp.

I've had a crush on '57 Buick Caballero Wagons for ever. These cars just have such a great look, like an authentic '50s diner on wheels. Speaking of wheels, the wheel / well size and fit relationship is perfect on these. I also really dig the roofline, the rear window and tailgate, and the sweep spear trim adds class. Too cool.

The Centuries and other wagons were cool, too.

I love the fact that they are hard tops... Not many wagons like that.

Very true, and I can't understand why someone would do a photo shoot on one with the windows up!

It probably takes an engine hoist to remove the rear bumpers!
